Help with Download Videos

Hello. I'm using Sony Vegas for editing my videos. Does anyone know how I could use Downloaded videos in the program. (Example: downloaded eps from Torrent)?
I would appreciate the help so much.

I've used Audacity for podfic, but never tried to use it for anything else. I'll check for tuts. Thanks!

Have you tried using Audacity? I have used it on occasion to trim audio but I can't tell you how to extract the different sound tracks. It does do multiple tracks and I'm betting you can find a…
