Export/Render Question for Sony Vegas
In addition to video editing, I occasionally use Sony Vegas to edit audio too. I am wondering if it is possible to export/render a multi-track file to a format in which the multiple tracks are maintained. This is available in Audacity as "export to multiple tracks," but I cannot seem to find anything in Vegas.

[I've never used Sony Vegas, so I consulted with the oracle Google.] I found a forum post that mentions this possibility in Sony Vegas' render options, using Enable Multichannel then "route to busses" (http://www.designstudioschool.com/rendering-file-multiple-audio-tracks-t33696.html). Most folks highly recommend using an external program to do this like virtualdubmod or some sort of add-on/plugin like VASST Trackaliser. Hope this helps!

Thanks so much. I think this will work.
